FAQs

I took advantage of the original GoYin for Life promotion, and I’ve never missed an Autoship since. Do I have to do anything now to qualify for this new GoYin For life promotion?

If you’re still receiving your free GoYin each month from qualifying for the original GoYin For Life promotion, you don’t need to do anything else. You will be automatically opted in to the 2021 GoYin For Life promotion. Just make sure that your 100 PV Autoship keeps generating every 28 days, and we’ll keep including your free GoYin with each shipment.

I signed up for the 12 Week Turnaround and placed a 200 PV order and 100 PV Autoship ever since. Do I need to requalify now for GoYin For Life?

No, you’re already set as long as your 100 PV Autoship order continues. You’ll receive your free GoYin bottle with your first Autoship shipment after March 2, 2021. You’ll also continue to receive those other freebies that came with your 12 Week Turnaround orders (like free shipping), for the duration of the 12 Week Turnaround program.

When will I no longer receive my free GoYin with my Autoship order?

Once you meet the two qualifications of 1) a minimum 200 PV order and 2) a minimum 100 PV Autoship order, you’ll receive your free GoYin with each and every consecutive qualifying Autoship order of 100 PV or more thereafter, during the promotion period. Should you cancel your Autoship order, or change your order to be less than 100 PV, then you will no longer receive your free GoYin.

What happens if I miss an Autoship after I’ve qualified for GoYin For Life?

If you miss placing a qualifying Autoship order of 100 PV or more, you will receive a one-time grace period of 30 days to reinstate the 100 PV Autoship order by contacting our Sales Support Team via phone at 866-535-5888, or via email at SalesSupport@Livepure.com. Once this reinstatement occurs, you will receive your free GoYin bottle.

What happens if I don’t reinstate my 100 PV Autoship within the 30 day grace period?

If you miss reinstating your 100 PV Autoship order during the one-time grace period, you will be required to requalify for the promotion by placing a one-time order or an autoship order of 200 PV or more by December 31, 2021.

What happens if my payment is declined?

We know that payment methods can change, expire or decline from time to time. The PURE Corporate team will do what we can to notify you of when this happens, but ultimately that responsibility falls on you to make sure your payment methods are up-to-date and working properly.

If a decline occurs and you miss an Autoship, you can still take advantage of the one-time 30-day grace period, mentioned above.

Can I update my Autoship after setting it and still get GoYin For Life?

Yes, you can update your Autoship order as much as you like. Just make sure it qualifies at a minimum of 100 PV to receive the free GoYin bottle.

Can I have more than one Autoship order in place at 100 PV and get a free bottle of GoYin with each one?

As long as you place an initial 200 PV order, any subsequent Autoship orders of 100 PV or more are qualified for GoYin For Life.

What happens if I change my Autoship order and it generates less than 100 PV? For example, what happens if my Autoship order changes to 80 PV?

In this case, your Autoship order would no longer be a qualifying Autoship order, so therefore it would be the same as having no order at all, as it relates to the GoYin for Life promotion.

If I have more than one Autoship order in place, can I combine them to hit my 100 PV minimum? For example, if I have one order at 40 PV, and another at 60 PV, will one of them include a free bottle of GoYin?

No, the PV of multiple Autoship orders cannot be combined to meet the minimum qualifications. A qualifying order must be a single Autoship order of 100 PV or more.

Does my first order of 200 PV have to be on Autoship?

No, your first order must be a one-time Shop Now order. An Autoship order of 200 PV will not qualify you for the initial order for this promotion.

Can I use PAR Points to pay for my qualifying orders?

PAR points can be used on the initial order, but items paid with PAR do not count toward PV. Autoship orders cannot be paid for with PAR points.

Can IBOs earn commissions on the free bottle of GoYin?

No. The free bottle of GoYin has a 0 PV, which means it will not contribute to commissions. However, IBOs can earn commissions on the qualifying orders from their customers and downline, like normal.

Can I earn PAR points on my free bottle of GoYin?

No, you will not earn PAR points on the free bottle of GoYin. But you will earn PAR points on the qualifying orders, like normal.
