This Paleo Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie is made using coconut milk, canned pumpkin, and protein powder for the perfect after workout snack, breakfast, or even dessert!
Ingredients
1 cup of full fat coconut milk
½ cup water
¼ cup of canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
1 scoop of 100% pure grass fed whey protein powder
½ cup ice cubes
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. If you like it a little thicker then add a handful or more of ice cubes.
