Raspberry Goji Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are probably one of my favorite breakfasts to make. They are super easy, very versatile and call for tasty toppings. With this smoothie bowl I packed in an extra punch thanks to PURE. Adding some of their Goji Super Juice into my smoothie mix is a total no brainer.

The dark and delicious Goji juice with a tinge of sweetness, is a natural source of vitamin C and polysaccharides and provides nutrition to help support healthy functions of the immune system. Turns out it works beautifully with the sweetness of the bananas and frozen berries.

To prepare this smoothie bowl, simply blend all ingredients together. It won’t take much of your time. Add extra plant based milk if the consistency is too think. The best part is yet to come. Top off your bowl with any toppings you like. I love to use coconut flakes and cocoa nibs

Ingredients (Bowl)

  • ½ cup Goji Juice
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 2 frozen or fresh bananas
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 cups plant-based milk
  • 2 tbsp flax meal

Ingredients (Topping)

  • 1 handful fresh berries 
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
 

Instructions

  1. To prepare the smoothie bowl mix all ingredients except for the toppings in a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Add toppings and enjoy immediately.
