My family has been using Go Yin for a month now and have already see results in mood. I am calmer and don't have the highs and lows of mood swings that come with my menstrual cycle. We are working to replace my son's anti-anxiety medication with this natural source of superfruits and herbs. He loves the taste plain or in smoothies.
