Where is my Tracking Number?

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once available.
You can also find them under “My Account > My Orders” by clicking the “Details” button next to your order.

When will my subscription process?

You can view your next processing date under “My Account > My Subscriptions” in the “Next Scheduled” column. This is the day your subscription order begins processing.

The shipping method selected at checkout is listed under “Shipping Method” in your subscription details, along with the estimated delivery timeframe. You can update your shipping method at any time by editing your subscription.

Return Policy

  • Unopened products returned within 90 days: 100% refund minus original shipping and handling.
  • Opened products returned within 30 days: 100% refund minus original shipping and handling.

You may also choose to receive an in-store credit instead of a refund, minus shipping and handling, for products returned within the applicable timeframes.
