We have taken Daily build liquid for 9 years now and I cannot imagine being without it. It has all the essential vitamins and minerals that our body needs. I wasn't sure about trying this in liquid form. While it's not my favorite taste, it is absolutely worth it to try the liquid version - I can feel the impact of it much more than anything in capsule form. Give it a chance!
