great vitamin

I take this daily and I really notice if I have forgotten a day. It does get a bit spicy about half way through the container, but bearable. Better if you mix in a smoothie, but I have learned to just take the 1oz shot. I never get sick and it is an instant energy boost. Best on the market

I was concerned about taste. If that’s your concern, it’s not too strong or difficult to take. It’s do-able for just a shot a day. I also like the liquid more than I thought. I mix with mangosteen or put in a smoothie. Also easy when you think of all the goodness your puttin down the ol’ hatch. I can feel it - if I get off track in taking daily.
