I've been taking this vitamin for 6 years . My son in law has been taking it about a year now and he tells me he can tell a difference missing one day- so I keep stocked up. A few months ago my husband had multiple bad blood labs including anemia and he was very tired. I finally convinced him to take this in capsule . After one month every blood lab improved- some needed to go up, some down! So it was amazing! He really needs to take 2 as indicated on the bottle , but at least it's a start! He is no longer excessively tired as he was before. I really can't tell a difference with me , but I'm sure I'm healthier because of it as I really believe in PURE!

I do highly recommend it to anyone that has a hard time with eating habits and even to those that make healthier choices. I recently thought I could stop because of the price, but now I realize this investment is in me & not an ailment that I will have to manage later in life, such as diabetes.

I've been taking this vitamin for 6 years . My son in law has been taking it about a year now and he tells me he can tell a difference missing one day- so I keep stocked up. A few months ago my husband had multiple bad blood labs including anemia and he was very tired. I finally convinced him to take this in capsule . After one month every blood lab improved- some needed to go up, some down! So it was amazing! He really needs to take 2 as indicated on the bottle , but at least it's a start! He is no longer excessively tired as he was before. I really can't tell a difference with me , but I'm sure I'm healthier because of it as I really believe in PURE!
