We always have to have mila in our house. I helps me so much with my hot flashes. It works better than any other chia I’ve ever tried because of being micro sliced and so absorbable. I put it in my smoothie everyday!

About 2 years ago I was introduced to Pure by my coworker. I had been having bad sciatic nerve pain, anxiety, and skin issues with my hands. After being on Mila ( and sulfur) for about 6 months my hand cleared up, my anxiety was much better and my sciatic pain was gone! Love Mila and all the benefits it has. Definitely a go to for me
