This Probiotic is the only one for me. It helps to keep me regular, if you know what I mean. I have tried so many others and I can't tell if it's even working. Not this Probiotic, it really works. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with a warm glass of water. I recommend everyone take this Probiotic.
