We have never come across a product like this before. It is a secret weapon! My family plays tennis and sometimes there are a lot of long, hot matches. When we play tournaments, there are a lot of matches played over the course of a weekend. Our bodies are hot and tired and we wake up in the morning very sore and quite fatigued. However, this product sincerely helps remedy our recovery! We drink it at night and wake up feeling so much more recovered than without it. It is very noticeable! I recommend this for people who have worked out in the yard on the hot days, run races, cleaned out your parents basement, etc, etc. Anytime your body has worked really hard and you know that you are going to be sore… drink this.
