We have never come across a product like this before. It is a secret weapon! My family plays tennis and sometimes there are a lot of long, hot matches. When we play tournaments, there are a lot of matches played over the course of a weekend. Our bodies are hot and tired and we wake up in the morning very sore and quite fatigued. However, this product sincerely helps remedy our recovery! We drink it at night and wake up feeling so much more recovered than without it. It is very noticeable! I recommend this for people who have worked out in the yard on the hot days, run races, cleaned out your parents basement, etc, etc. Anytime your body has worked really hard and you know that you are going to be sore… drink this. It will help way more than hydration alone and way more than Advil. It’s a special product and there is nothing similar.

I tried taking this at night after my riding Therapy. I proceeded to not be able to sleep that night, thought it was just a fluke happening so I tried it again the next time. Well once again I didn’t sleep well at all. We are all different and don’t react to things the same way as others. So I changed when I am taking this now if I can and remember I will take it at about 5pm on the days I workout. If I am not able to then I’ll take it the following morning with my other products.
