I have had IBS my entire life until 8 years ago when I started PURE products. I use most products daily but when I have any abdominal cramping or slight nausea, 1 ounce of NONI is where I turn to. My son in law struggles with acid relux and indigestion and heart burn on a regular basis. When we were camping with them I suggested he take the Noni and told him that within 15 minutes he would have relief.
