This is a dual testimony since my roommate & I experienced the same issues/results. We started taking Mie. Wrist, ankle, hips + elbow aches & pains went away in 1 day. We both missed a few days. I mix this Mie with AquaLean to get a purple drink that tastes like cotton candy. May hair is ticker than it has been all my life. My nails are so tough now. This Mie is a game changer. I would like it better if it were Vegan, but I would not change the results.
