Mie is delicious with a pomegranate flavor! It has helped my hair, skin, and nails! love! I love to mix it with a shot of goyin, the flavor is so refreshing. I love the sticks, make it easy to travel. The probiotic benefit is slightly more noticeable to me than the hair growth, but overall it is a great product and does work!
