One thing I noticed soon after I started taking it, is that my very annoying eye twitches became more rare & eventually none existent. It’s been several years now since I’ve had any. Also cramps during pregnancy have been very minimal and are easily diminished by increasing the amount I take. And can we talk about using it for kids?! So easy to get them to take it, and I love that adjusting it as needed during teething and growth spurts is so easy and effective.
