I'm simply amazed at the effect of taking Serene one evening before bed and how I feel the following morning. I recently started to take it at nights and sometimes in the mornings as well when I have stressful days. It helps me to relax and feel more balanced emotionally, which leads to better sleep. My mind was always racing during the night. Normally falling asleep is not a problem. This helps to calm the moods and stress at the end of the day. Some people use it in the morning, too.
