I took as directed - 2 capsules at bedtime. I did sleep a little bit better, however, I felt like a zombie the next day. I did this for a few days and was tired all the time. I tried taking one pill and it did absolutely nothing.

Love this product. It isn't formulated for just women but I find that it works better than the adapt for daily use. I have given it to other women that I know deal with anxiety and stress and they swear by it too!! Love this so much!

I took as directed - 2 capsules at bedtime. I did sleep a little bit better, however, I felt like a zombie the next day. I did this for a few days and was tired all the time. I tried taking one pill and it did absolutely nothing.
