If dinner is going to be a tempting chance to stuff myself, I'll take a 2nd capsule. I'm selective now so I can eat what I like best; I rarely have appetizers or snack. If served portions are large, I put down my fork and take home a "doggie bag" cuz I'm full. I've gradually, stress-free, lost 11 pounds. I take Majik plus nearly every day. Im not sure if i can tell a difference or not. So many of Pures products are designed to give energy so not sure if it is that or combination of them all. Havent lost any weight with it but I still like taking it. Probably doing more for me than I realize ~~

Majik+ does curb your appetite but so far after taking it for several months I have not lost any weight. Every person is different so maybe someone else could have better results than I did.
